I. Background and Policy Basis
1. Policy Opportunities
Following the 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation summit, China announced zero-tariff treatment for 100% of tariff lines to 53 African countries with which it maintains diplomatic relations, marking a new phase of comprehensive quality improvement in Sino-African economic cooperation. As a key node city along the Belt and Road Initiative, Beijing is actively building a highland for Africa-focused collaboration. 2. Project Foundation

In 2026 year, 8 month, approximately 70 elite female entrepreneurs—including representatives from government promotion agencies, heads of business associations, and SME owners—from West and Southern Africa will travel to China for training at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
